Dr. Nicholas J. Fangman
Dr. Fangman is the staff dentist at St. Anthony Regional Hospital and is a member of the following professional organizations: American Dental Association, Iowa Dental Association, Fort Dodge Dental District (served as president in 1991), Iowa Lakes Dental Study Club (president from 2001-2003).
Dr. Fangman also served at the Carroll United Way, Country Club President, Holy Spirit Board President/council member, Little League Baseball board member/coach, Ducks Unlimited and Pheasants Forever board member, Carroll County Planning and Zoning committee member.
Tammera earned her dental hygiene degree from Des Moines Area Community College in 1996. She is a licensed Dental Hygienist as well as licensed to administer local anesthetic. Tammera has worked with Dr. Fangman since 2004. She lives in Carroll with her husband Jon and two boys - Ben & Everett. Tammera enjoys walking, working out and hanging with her boys and dog, Rusty.
Mandy has worked as a dental hygienist for Dr. Fangman since July 2011. She graduated from the University of South Dakota in May 2011 with a Bachelor's Degree in Dental Hygiene. Mandy is certified in local anesthetic. She and her husband Jeff currently live outside of Odebolt and have 4 children.
Barb has been a dental hygienist since 1988 and has worked with Dr. Fangman since 1994. She graduated from DMACC in Ankeny in 1988 with a degree in Dental Hygiene and is also licensed in local anesthetic. She lives near Gowrie on a farm with her husband Dave. They have 2 children. She enjoys biking, walking, gardening and being outdoors.
Kylie received her Dental Hygiene and Local Anesthetic Degree from Iowa Central Community College in May of 2018. She has been with the office since September of 2023. Kylie currently resides in Arcadia with her significant other, Blake, and their dog, Behr.
Michelle Snyder joined Dr. Fangman’s office staff in 2015. Michelle and her husband Cory have 4 children.
Lisa has been with Dr. Fangman since 2001. She is a registered dental assistant with radiology certification. She enjoys decorating/remodeling, baking, fishing, gardening and generally being creative. She lives in Arcadia, has 4 children and 6 grandchildren.
Claire grew up in Carroll and graduated from Carroll High School in 2020. She went to DMACC in Ankeny and earned her Dental Assistant Degree. In her free time she enjoys going to Lake Panorama and going on walks.
