Dr. Nicholas J. Fangman
Dr. Fangman is the staff dentist at St. Anthony Regional Hospital and is a member of the following professional organizations: American Dental Association, Iowa Dental Association, Fort Dodge Dental District (served as president in 1991), Iowa Lakes Dental Study Club (president from 2001-2003).
Dr. Fangman also served at the Carroll United Way, Country Club President, Holy Spirit Board President/council member, Little League Baseball board member/coach, Ducks Unlimited and Pheasants Forever board member, Carroll County Planning and Zoning committee member.
Tammera
Registered Dental Hygienist
Tammera earned her dental hygiene degree from Des Moines Area Community College in 1996. She is a licensed Dental Hygienist as well as licensed to administer local anesthetic. Tammera has worked with Dr. Fangman since 2004. She lives in Carroll with her husband Jon and two boys - Ben & Everett. Tammera enjoys walking, working out and hanging with her boys and dog, Rusty.
Mandy
Registered Dental Hygienist
Mandy has worked as a dental hygienist for Dr. Fangman since July 2011. She graduated from the University of South Dakota in May 2011 with a Bachelor's Degree in Dental Hygiene. Mandy is certified in local anesthetic. She and her husband Jeff currently live outside of Odebolt and have 4 children.
Claire
Registered Dental Assistant
Claire grew up in Carroll and graduated from Carroll High School in 2020. She went to DMACC in Ankeny and earned her Dental Assistant Degree. Claire recently received certification in expanded functions. In her free time she enjoys going to Lake Panorama and going on walks.
Kylie
Registered Dental Hygienist
Kylie received her Dental Hygiene and Local Anesthetic Degree from Iowa Central Community College in May of 2018. She has been with the office since September of 2023. Kylie currently resides in Arcadia with her significant other, Blake, and their dog, Behr.
Michelle

Michelle Snyder joined Dr. Fangman’s office staff in 2015. Michelle and her husband Cory have 4 children.
Lisa
Registered Dental Assistant
Lisa has been with Dr. Fangman since 2001. She is a registered dental assistant with expanded function capabilities and radiology certification. Lisa lives in Arcadia with her partner Doug. She has 4 children, 2 bonus children, their spouses and 8 grandchildren.
Lidia
Registered Dental Assistant
Lidia graduated as a registered dental assistant from Western Iowa Tech in Sioux City. In her free time, she enjoys working out and playing soccer in a Sunday league.
Sadie
Registered Dental Hygienist
Sadie earned her dental hygiene degree from Des Moines Area Community College in 2024. She is licensed in dental hygiene as well as licensed to administer local anesthetic. Sadie lives in Auburn with her fiancé, Cole. In her spare time, she loves to read and spend time with family.
Jade
Front Office
Jade has been working with Dr. Fangman since 2025 but has been in the dental field since 2023. Jade is looking forward to expanding her dental knowledge in becoming a registered dental assistant. Jade lives in Templeton with her partner, Ethan.
